I am proudly representing Hailey’s Angels in memory of my daughter, Hailey Anne Giagnacovo, who passed away from SIDS in May 2006. She was 10 months old and it was her very first day at her new babysitter’s house when she passed away. She was put down for her last nap and never woke up.
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), also known as cot death or crib death, is the sudden unexplained death of a child less than one year of age. Diagnosis requires that the death remains unexplained even after a thorough autopsy and detailed death scene investigation. SIDS usually occurs during sleep.
This is my 5th year of participating in this fundraiser and I’m SUPER happy and proud to be part of it.
Anything and everything you can give would be more than appreciated. Hope is always about finding a cause and then a cure as to what took my daughter and so, SO many other little ones. It’s devastating and life altering and it just plain sucks, so… whatever you can do, please know I will always be grateful
